General Terms and Conditions of Rahel Zelenkowits (Tanz mit der Schwester)
1. Registration and Conclusion of Contract
Registration must be made in writing, by email, or via the electronic registration form. Registration is binding and becomes valid upon a registration confirmation or verbal confirmation by Rahel Zelenkowits (Tanz mit der Schwester). Registration for our classes and workshops can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. You are only entitled to participate in classes after payment of the full invoice amount. The rates listed in the price list apply, each with its respective validity period. 5- and 10-class cards are valid for all open classes, excluding workshops and private lessons. Paid cards expire at the end of their validity period; refunds are not possible. Each card is valid for one person only and is not transferable to another person.
In case of illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate, an extension of the validity period of 5- and 10-class cards is possible upon written request.
2. Class Content
The subject of the contract is instruction, exercises, and rehearsal of artistic dance. Class content can be found on the website (www.tanzmitderschwester.de) and takes place in weekly classes that build on one another.
3. Class Operations and Dates
Classes currently take place in premises in 80799 Munich. Currently running classes and news are published on the website. Participants can check whether a class is taking place. No regular classes are held on public holidays or during the Bavarian winter and summer school holidays. Exceptions are possible, and participants will be informed in good time. This is already factored into the rates. We reserve the right to change our class offering, class times, and instructors in a reasonable manner. If there are not enough participants, we reserve the right to cancel a class without replacement. Claims arising from changes to the class offering are excluded, and payment terms remain unaffected.
4. Liability
Participation in classes is at your own risk. General good health is a prerequisite for participation. In case of specific issues such as physical ailments, previous surgeries, or pregnancy complications, participation should be discussed with a doctor beforehand. Our liability for personal injury, property damage, and financial losses is excluded. The liability of Rahel Zelenkowits (Tanz mit der Schwester) is limited to gross negligence and intent, as well as the proper functioning of the furnishings provided. Liability for third-party fault pursuant to §§ 276, 278 BGB (German Civil Code) is excluded, unless statutory provisions require otherwise. We assume no liability for accidents during classes or for the loss of or damage to belongings and valuables, including cloakroom items.
5. Copyright
Any kind of media recording in classes or other events is only permitted with prior approval by Rahel Zelenkowits (Tanz mit der Schwester). Class material may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Data Protection
In the initiation, conclusion, execution, and reversal of our contractual relationship, we collect, electronically store, and process data within the scope of statutory provisions. This data includes, in particular, all information from the registration form as well as attended classes and payment information. Personal data that you provide to us, e.g., upon registration or by email (such as your name and contact details like your email address), is processed only for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you provided the data. This also includes data on the classes you have chosen. We assure you that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obligated to do so or you have given your prior express consent. Where we use third-party services to carry out and process data operations, the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act are observed.
When visiting the website, information (date, time, page accessed) about the access may be stored on the server. No personal data (e.g., name, address, or email address) is stored. Where personal data is collected, this occurs, where possible, only with the prior consent of the website user. Data is not passed on to third parties without the user's express consent. The provider points out that data transmission over the internet (e.g., by email) can have security gaps, and complete protection of data from access by third parties cannot be guaranteed. The provider assumes no liability for damage caused by such security gaps. The use of contact details by third parties for commercial purposes is expressly objected to, unless the provider has given prior written consent. If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if it has become incorrect, we will, upon your instruction, arrange for the deletion, correction, or blocking of your data within the scope of statutory provisions. Upon request, you will receive free information about all personal data we have stored about you. For questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, or for information, correction, blocking, or deletion of data, please contact us.
7. Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In such a case, the parties agree to the valid provision that comes closest in substance to the regulatory intention of the invalid provision.
